Just like the blood report help us to know vital parameters of our body, in the same way the study report would elaborate critical business processes.

Approach:
Access the SAP system & study the key points.
List down the GAPs & Limitations.
Discuss with key business team to understand the pain points & Expectations (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP).
Prepare recommendations points which are practically feasible to implement.
Discuss the process change if any.
Prepare the draft report.
Present the final report.

Assumptions:
The study would be done by accessing the SAP system from remote. (NDA would be signed prior to that).
The calls with business team would be done through the ZOOM call.
SPOC from business side should be available for this assignment.
The meeting schedule and timelines would be fixed once agreed.
Draft report would be discussed with business team before finalizing the main report.

All recommendations in report would be available as products at our store of Infocost.
You can select these based on your priority and requirements.
All you have paid for this study would be adjusted against the products/services procured from our store within 6 months (Minimum order amount need to be 5 lakhs or more).

Total 2 weeks requried for this study,
First week: Discussion with business: 2 hr. each with team of Finance, Costing, Production, Sales and Procurements
Second week: Discussion on the Recommendations and presentation of the reports

It depends on the points and GAPs however overall based on our experience we have observed that minimum 10 GAPs with mix of H/M/L priority would be surfaced and the annual opportunity cost for them would be at least 10 to 15 crores for company with annual turnover within the range of 2000 to 5000 Crore.
